Our optician, Lesley, was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland and moved to Austin with her family in 1998.

Her keen eye for style and design, combined with over 30 years in sales and marketing, ensure that our optical department stays up to date with the latest designs in eyewear, as well as more traditional, timeless styles. The latest technology in lenses and coatings are available, and they can be tailored to your specific needs. Lesley passionately strives to ensure that our patients enjoy their experience with us, that their glasses provide the clearest vision possible, and frame choices reflect the personality and style of each patient.

Kayley is originally from Orange County, California and moved to Austin 12 years ago. She loves helping pick out the eyewear that fits your style and lenses that are best suited for your individual needs. She also cuts many of our lenses in-house, ensuring that you get their glasses very quickly (sometimes the same day!). In addition to being one of our opticians, Kayley coordinates our Myopia Management program, making sure parents feel informed when making choices that help keep their kids’ prescriptions low and eyes healthy.

When Kayley’s not at work, she likes spending time with her family and boyfriend, or enjoying Austin’s amazing weather while paddle boarding or boating on Lake Travis.

Connie’s originally from Fargo, ND, and has lived in Austin since 1996. She is our insurance and billing specialist, with over 15 years experience in the eye care industry. Connie is an expert with insurance benefits, how best to apply them to your visit with us, and is available to answer any benefit questions you may have. Connie’s background in engineering lends itself to her current position where attention to detail is key. We all hate surprises on our bill, and Connie is here to make sure there aren’t any!

Connie has three grown children, enjoys woodworking in her spare time, and spending time at her ranch in Fredonia.

Carol is originally from Brownsville, but she’s called Austin home since 2016. As our contact lens specialist, she makes sure both new and long-time wearers have a smooth experience. From insertion and removal training with first time wearers, to making sure your order arrives directly to your home quickly, she’s got your back. Carol is ready to answer any and all questions- if you’re thinking about trying contacts, reach out to her!

Carol enjoys hanging out with her kids, and spends her free time exploring the outdoors with them as well as her dog, Rex.

Savannah is originally from Guymon, Oklahoma, and moved to Austin in 2016. She’s ready to help ensure that your visit with us goes smoothly, and that your insurance benefits are ready for your visits. Savannah’s friendly greeting as you walk through our doors sets the tone for your whole visit- we want you to feel right at home!

Savannah’s time outside of work includes quality time with her husband and daughter, and spoiling her 2 dogs with love and play time.

Erika, an Austin native, is a certified medical assistant and has worked as an optometric technician for over 17 years. She makes sure every patient has a lighthearted experience and feels at ease during their pre-exam testing- don’t be surprised if she cracks a joke or two!

Erika loves spending time with her kids, and is an avid attendee of Round Rock Express baseball games.

Jake is a lifetime Austin resident and has lived in the Steiner Ranch area for several years. His friendly nature and easy going attitude makes everyone’s pre-exam testing a breeze. He has a knack for making sure our patients feel heard and taken care of while still being efficient so your exam is right on time.

When Jake’s not at work, you can find him watching an NFL game (go Cowboys!), spending time with his dog, or enjoying the outdoors on a cooler day.
